Bhoothnath (2008)
Banku and his family move into a new house without knowing that it is haunted. First Boothnath thinks they are evil and want to steal his home. He tries to frighten them so they would move out again. But then the ghost Bhoothnath and the young Banku become friends and help each other in hard times.
